BEET SALAD
Beets, spinach, orange, red pepper, celery, red onion, walnuts and feta. OPTIONS: pomegranate seeds, almonds.
OLIVE OIL AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR DRESSING Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, whole grain mustard (or dijon), garlic, ginger, salt and maple syrup (or honey).
CHICKPEA SALAD
Apple, celery, cucumber, red pepper, carrot, green onions, Thai chili, can of chickpeas, almonds and feta. OPTIONS: kale, basil or cilantro.
OLIVE OIL AND APPLE CIDER VINEGAR DRESSING
Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt and maple syrup (or honey).
COLESLAW
Purple, green or savoy cabbage (or a mix!), carrots, red onion, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and cumin seeds. OPTIONS: apple, broccoli, celery, chives, cilantro, cucumber, green onions, radishes, red pepper, almonds, walnuts.
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR AND YOGURT DRESSING
Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, rice vinegar, yogurt, garlic, salt, maple syrup (or honey) and sesame oil.
GADO GADO
Puffed tofu, green onions, carrot, red pepper, peach, mango, cucumber, Thai chili, water, eggs, olive oil, salt, noodles or potatoes, cashews, pea sprouts, avocado and lime.
CASHEW SAUCE
Garlic, Thai chili, ginger, red onion, cashews, olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce (or fish sauce), lime juice, maple syrup (or honey), sesame oil and water.
GERMAN-STYLE POTATO SALAD
Potatoes, dill, dill pickles, red onion or chives, water, and salt. OPTIONS: artichoke hearts, grilled asparagus, salad greens, boiled eggs, bacon, roasted cherry tomatoes.
OLIVE OIL AND WHITE WINE VINEGAR MARINADE
Olive oil, white wine vinegar, rice vinegar, whole-grain or dijon mustard, mustard seeds, ground turmeric, salt and pepper.
GRACE’S GREEN SALAD
Lettuce, orange, cucumber, red pepper, celery, green onions, red onion and carrot. OPTIONS: avocado, sunflower seeds.

Olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, ginger, Bragg’s (or soy sauce) and maple syrup (or honey).
GREEK SALAD
Peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, kalamata olives, red onion and feta.
Olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano and salt.
MANGO AND BLACK BEAN SALAD
Mangos, peppers, green onions, cilantro, red onion, garlic, jalapeño pepper and a can of black beans.
OLIVE OIL AND LIME JUICE DRESSING
Olive oil, lime juice and salt.
RADISH AND CUCUMBER SALAD
Cucumber, radishes, chives or green onions, Thai chili pepper and sesame seeds.
OLIVE OIL AND RICE VINEGAR DRESSING
Olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup (or honey) and sesame oil.
SALADE NIÇOISE
Tomatoes, potatoes, green beans, olives (the salad is named for Niçoise olives; we usually use Kalamata!), eggs, tuna (fresh or canned) and kale.
CESAR SALAD DRESSING
Olive oil, white wine vinegar, dijon mustard, anchovy fillets (we buy the kind that come in oil in a mini jar), lemon juice, egg yolk, salt and pepper. OPTIONS: shallots, garlic, yogurt.
TABBOULEH
Water, bulgur wheat, cucumber, cherry or medium-sized tomatoes, parsley and green onions. OPTIONS: cilantro, mint, dried apricots, can of chickpeas, feta.
OLIVE OIL AND LEMON JUICE DRESSING
Olive oil, lemon juice and salt.
THAI NOODLE SALAD
Snow peas, cilantro, celery, red pepper, puffed tofu, green onions, carrot, water, eggs, olive oil, salt, spaghetti noodles, cashews, bean sprouts and sesame seeds.
SPICY OLIVE OIL AND RICE VINEGAR SALAD DRESSING
Olive oil, rice vinegar, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, ginger, Thai chili, soy sauce (or fish sauce), maple syrup (or honey) and sesame oil.
