MISO SAUCE
- a clove of garlic
- 1cm of ginger
- 1/2 a Thai chili
- miso paste
- olive oil
- apple cider vinegar
- rice vinegar
- lime juice
- maple syrup (or honey)
- soy sauce
- sesame oil
- Finely dice garlic, ginger and Thai chili.
- Pulse in a mini food processor with a small glob of miso and splashes of: olive oil, apple cider vin, rice vin, lime juice, maple syrup, soy sauce and a drop of sesame oil for scent.
