VEGAN BÁNH MÌ CHAY WITH HOMEMADE QUICK-PICKLES

WHO DOESN’T LOVE A GREAT SANDWICH?! Bánh mì chay – VEGETARIAN Bánh mì – IS A BUDDHIST, VEGETARIAN VERSION OF THE CLASSIC VIETNAMESE Bánh mì TOASTED BAGUETTE SANDWICH WITH PICKLED CARROTS AND DAIKON! IN OUR VERSION WE USE YVES VEGGIE SLICES, ICEBERG LETTUCE, AND PICKLED ONIONS AND JALAPEÑOS TOO, BUT YOU COULD MAKE A MORE TRADITIONAL VERSION USING A Pâté OR TERRINE, AND ADDING A FEW SPRIGS OF CILANTRO AND A QUICK STRIPE OF SRIRARACHA!
