ITALIAN STYLE
Italian-style bruschetta!
Ingredients
Scale
- handful of basil leaves
- 2 tomatoes or a bunch of cherry toms
- 1/2 a small red onion
- 2–3 cloves of garlic
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Tear basil.
- Slice tomatoes.
- Finely dice onion and garlic.
- Combine in a bowl and toss with splashes of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and dashes of salt and pepper.

GREEK STYLE
A Greek-inspired Bruschetta!
Ingredients
Scale
- handful of kalamata olives
- 2 tomatoes or a bunch of cherry toms
- 1/2 a small red onion
- 2–3 cloves of garlic
- 1/3 of a brick of feta
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Slice olives in half and remove their stones.
- Slice tomatoes.
- Finely dice onion and garlic.
- Crumble feta
- Combine in a bowl and toss with a splash of olive oil and dashes of salt and pepper.

- 2 tomatoes or a bunch of cherry toms
- 1/2 a small red onion
- 2–3 cloves of garlic
- 1/3 of an jalapeño
- olive oil
- 1 lime
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Cube avocado.
- Slice tomatoes.
- Finely dice onion, garlic and jalapeño.
- Combine in a bowl and toss with splashes of olive oil and lime juice and dashes of salt and pepper.
