ITALIAN STYLE

Italian-style bruschetta!

Ingredients

Scale
  • handful of basil leaves
  • 2 tomatoes or a bunch of cherry toms
  • 1/2 a small red onion
  • 23 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Tear basil.
  2. Slice tomatoes.
  3. Finely dice onion and garlic.
  4. Combine in a bowl and toss with splashes of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and dashes of salt and pepper.

GREEK STYLE

A Greek-inspired Bruschetta!

Ingredients

Scale
  • handful of kalamata olives
  • 2 tomatoes or a bunch of cherry toms
  • 1/2 a small red onion
  • 23 cloves of garlic
  • 1/3 of a brick of feta
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice olives in half and remove their stones.
  2. Slice tomatoes.
  3. Finely dice onion and garlic.
  4. Crumble feta
  5. Combine in a bowl and toss with a splash of olive oil and dashes of salt and pepper.

  • olive oil
  • 1 lime
  • salt
  • pepper

  1. Cube avocado.
  2. Slice tomatoes.
  3. Finely dice onion, garlic and jalapeño.
  4. Combine in a bowl and toss with splashes of olive oil and lime juice and dashes of salt and pepper.
