EVK’s rich vegan refried bean taco!

small onion

cloves of garlic

an jalapeño pepper
oil

can of refried beans (or black beans)
Cholula (or Louisiana-style) hot sauce
salt
tortillas
pickled jalapeño peppers
Instructions
Dice onion, garlic and jalapeño.
Fry onions, garlic and jalapeño in a good splash of oil, in a deep pan on medium heat.
When onions soften, add beans, a good splash of Cholula hot sauce and a dash of salt.
Serve in a warm tortilla topped with pickled jalapeño peppers.
