This mayonaise-free, yogurt-based Tartar Sauce is great with panko (breaded) cod as part of a Dutch Night!
- 3-4 dill pickles
- a good dollop of yogurt
- a tsp of dijon mustard
- white wine vinegar
- 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp of curry powder or ground turmeric
- Coarsely dice pickles and throw them in a bowl.
- Add yogurt and dijon.
- Add splashes of white wine vinegar and lemon juice.
- Add a dash of curry powder or ground turmeric.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
