MISO SAUCE

This Miso Gravy makes a great dressing for rice bowls and salads or a great dip for pankoed (breaded and fried) salmon, prawns or chicken!

Ingredients

Scale
  • a clove of garlic
  • 1cm of ginger
  • 1/2 a Thai chili
  • miso paste
  • olive oil
  • apple cider vinegar
  • rice vinegar
  • lime juice
  • maple syrup (or honey)
  • soy sauce
  • sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Finely dice garlic, ginger and Thai chili.
  2. Pulse in a mini food processor with a small glob of miso and splashes of: olive oil, apple cider vin, rice vin, lime juice, maple syrup, soy sauce and a drop of sesame oil for scent.
